Symptoms

 
When attempting to run Create Accounting -Cost Management, the child request  Accounting Program (XLAACCUP)  ends with error:


ERROR
-----------------------

An internal error has occurred in the program xla_accounting_pkg.ValidateAAD. ORA-0000: normal, successful completion.
The application accounting definition Cost Management Encumbrance Application Accounting Definition owned by Oracle is not validated. Please validate the application accounting definition or update the application accounting definitions contained in the subledger accounting method Encumbrance Accrual.

 
Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Connect to Cost Management - SLA Responsibility.

2. Go to Requests>Submit Create Accounting - Cost Management process.

3. When Create Accounting - Cost Management process is running,  the Accounting Program ends with error.
