iReceivables Manage Additional Customer Access Webpage Takes Long Time To Open

Manage Customer Account Access page takes long time to open or even doesn't open sometime.
Steps to Reproduce :
Responsibility : iReceivables External User
Navigation : Manage Customer Account Access tab > Hit Request Additional Customer Access button
Verify the time taken to open the web-page.
