UPK: Installation Was Moved and the Content Is not Visible

On : 18.104.22.168 version, Client
Cannot see content after UPK application was moved. Library contains folders without content.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enter new Library location provided by IT support
2. Connect to Library as admin
3. See folders
4. Folders are empty
5. No documents available
