Service - Knowledge Base: Adding a Second Attachment Overwrites The Original Attachment Description (Doc ID 2154550.1)

Symptoms

Not able to added second attachment in Knowledge Base

Steps:

(R) Knowledge Base Worker
(N) Open the solution and click on Lock and update.

- Add an Attachment (short or long)
- Click on Apply and submit.

=> Attachment is added with out issue

- Again open the Solution to add a second attachment. (by clicking lock and update) and click on attachment.
- Click on Apply

=> Get an error.
