Symptoms

Account Generator fails in FND_FLEX_WORKFLOW.GENERATE with the following error:

ERROR_NAME: WFENG_SYNCH_DISABLED

ERROR_MESSAGE : 3135: 'Wf_Engine.Notification' is not permitted in synchronous processes

FAGDA does not error when profile option 'Account Generator: Run in Debug Mode' is set to yes
