Symptoms


After upgrading to 12.1.8 and running then running the FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN to clean old node information and run autoconfig to recreate the node information the Node Trust Level profile for iRecruitment was set too null vs external.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Upgrade too HR 12.1.8
2. Run the e FND_CONC_CLONE.SETUP_CLEAN process
3. Check the Node Trust Level profile for iRecruitment and note that it is set to null
