UPK: Knowledge Center When Playing a Topic the Screen Turns Black

On : 184.108.40.206 version, Knowledge Center
Screen play back in UPK topic turns black at around 2:30 minute mark.
When accessing UPK topics from the Knowledge Center, while viewing the See It! mode, the screen turns black around the 2:30 minute mark on all topics. The screen also turns black in the Know It! mode at various time marks. The See It! mode can be viewed without the screen blacking out if the topic is paused and the "Enter" key is used to progress through the topic. All topics work properly when viewed via the Preview option within the Developer.
Issue is not seen in Firefox or Chrome.
IE cache setting is set as the following two settings:
- Every time I visit the webpage
- Disk space to use: 256.
