(Mobile Sales Orders): Getting 'No Results Found' on the Mobile App for Sales Orders
We have followed the information from <Note 2014171.1> and are still not able to get any results on the Mobile App for Sales orders.
Unable to view sales order details on mobile Android in R12.1.3.
User is trying to view the sales order and other details in Android .
Users have the capability of logging into sales order suite through mobile Apps and seeing following:
No Results Found
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to mobile app with userid/pwd.
2. click on My customers.
3. Input ' - single apostrophe in the "Type search keywords" area
4. Click on Search of the keyboard.
5. OBSERVED BEHAVIOR: No Result found message is shown
