"Open Form Command" Link in Returned Notification Doesn't Work for Returned Requisition Notification (Doc ID 2155325.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
When click the "Open Form Command" link from the notification: "Requisition XX has been returned by the buyer", the NEW Requisition form has been opened instead of open the details of Requisition number mentioned in the notification.


Expected Behavior
The details of Requisition number mentioned in the notification shall be opened while click the "Open Form Command" link.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Login to PO responsibility
  2. Go to the Worklist,open the notification Subject: Requisition XX has been returned by the buyer
  3. Click "Open Form Command" in the bottom of the page.
