On PO approval notifications, a new note stating "The current responsibility context
has been switched to: Alert Manager' is appearing at the top of the email notification.
This started appearing about a week ago after R12 upgrade, only past 2 weeks.
It was not appearing for the first month post go-live.
STEPS
-------------
1. User receive email notification:
ex) 'FYI: Standard Purchase Order xxxxx .x has been Approved'
2. In the email notification, at the top following note shown:
'! Information
The current responsibility context has been switched to: Alert Manager' .
BUSINESS IMPACT

User is unsure the impact of this note started to appear in email notification newly.
