The "RetroPay By Element" program is not processing some back-dated elements for some employees. It is found that the element entries not processing are end-dated before the end of the pay period due to some assignment changes. All retroactive entries that are in effect as of the period end date are picked up by Retropay by Element and processed correctly.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create element entries in a previously processed period
2. Make assignment changes that end date the element entries before the end of the period
3. Run the “RetroPay by Element“ program and find that it does not process the element entries with the end date before the end of the period.
