When Cancelling Order Line For ATO Item Receiving Message "ATP Process Resulted In No Data" (Doc ID 2156026.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Trx Changes & Cancellations
When attempting to cancel an ATO item in sales order - only one line going to Cancelled status and all others items are not getting cancelled. the following error occurs.

"ATP Process resulted in no Data'

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Responsibility
2. Nav: Order, Returns > Sales Orders
