Multiple Worksite Report (MWR) .mf File Format is not in the Correct Format

The Multiple Worksite Report .mf file has been rejected by the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS). The .mf file currently produces all records in one single line, but the BLS requires each record to be on a separate line.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Multiple Worksite Report for State Periodic Wage Listing Enhanced (SPWL)
2. Submit .mf file to Bureau of Labor Stats (BLS)
