On 12.1.3 -
When uploading attachments to Service Requests sometimes it is not possible to open the file from the local browsers.
Noticed that when the filenames contain spaces characters, the file name and type is not recognized.
So the file content appears to be intact but there is an issue with some filenames that are not handled properly - possibly due to some special characters.
(N) Create Service Requests > Service Requests
- Open SR
- Attach file
What Is Working:
- It works fine with Internet Explorer.
- File can still be downloaded. Then knowing with which application to open it, it is possible to view the contents.
