Information in this document applies to any platform.
There is no enough information on how the Quality Workbench is set up. There is a plan that shows the "Customer" field from a plan.
It displays that field but when you query a plan no values show.
One caveat is if opening a specific collection plan result and then close it, the column displays the proper value. Once the plan is required though it disappears.
