On : 12.1.3 version, Charges UI, APIs, and schema

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The related customer details are not showing up in the 'Bill To Party' LOV under charges tab in Create Service Request form

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The related customer details are should populate in the 'Bill To Party' LOV under charges tab in Create Service Request form

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Service (R) -> Service Request -> Create Service Request
2. Create the Service Request
3. Click on 'Bill To' tab under charges.
4. Click on 'Bill To Party' filed LOV and enter '%' and click on find.
