Unable to See the Columns for a Table or View Registered with Incentive Compensation (Doc ID 2157224.1)

Symptoms

You have already applied patch 18647423, but when you register a new table or view with Incentive Compensation you are still unable to see the columns for the table or view. 



The navigation for registering a new table or view is the following:

Using the Incentive Compensation Administrator responsibility, navigate to Setup > Configuration Workbench > select the appropriate Operating Unit from the LOV >

click on Go To Task for Collection > click on Go To Task for Configure Tables and Columns > add the new table or view and click Save

 

When you select the new table or view, you do not see the columns listed.
