Workflow Notifications Format Alignment Problem with Column and Data

On Oracle Applications 12.2.4 using Approvals - Req, PO:
Purchase request email notification is not aligned and with no borders.
Purchase requisition email notification body has jumbled formatting and borders are not alignment with columns.
This only affects email notification in outlook, when we open this notification via browser it looks perfect and the worklist view of the notification is correct as well.
Body of email notification should not be different in outlook.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Submit a Purchase Requisition for approval.
2. The Approver opens the email for approval.
3. The Approver sees the issue in the notification.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users do see the same layout of the email body.
