Unexpected Error When Clicking on Agent Dashboard (Doc ID 2157459.1)

On : 12.2.5 version, Agent Dashboard

When attempting to open Agent Dashboard
the following error occurs.

 "You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the system administrator for assistance."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to 'Customer Support Specialist' Responsibility -> Agent Dashboard.

The page is opened with error and below is the exception details,

oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: Could not load application module 'oracle.apps.cs.csz.dashboard.server.DashboardAM'.

oracle.adf.mds.exception.MDSRuntimeException: Unable to find component with absolute reference = /oracle/apps/cs/csz/dashboard/webui/DashboardSDeskPG, XML Path = {1}. Please verify that the reference is valid and the definition of the component exists either on the File System or in the MDS Repository.
