E-Business Suite 12.2 Application Technology Stack, Forms for Apps Technology issues

FRM-40735 error occurs when searching for a user in the Define User form FNDSCAUS.

The following steps can be used to reproduce the issue:

1. Login to the applications via Responsibility -> System Administrator

2. Use the following Navigation - Security -> User -> Define

3. Query for a user via their username

The ORA-07445 error also occurs in the database alert log at the same time.
