Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version, Other Issues
Upgrade to EBS EBS 12.1.3 to 12.2.5 failed on module CEXSTATI.fmx
Have a problem when installing patch 19676458 to upgrade from 12.2.0 to 12.2.5.
Getting the following message in u19676458.log, The following Oracle Forms objects did not generate successfully: ce forms/US CEXSTATI.fmx
An error occurred while generating Oracle Forms files.
