ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
A query of a party/customer using Registry ID or Party Name via
Oracle Customers Online Data Librarian Super User > Data Quality Tab > Party Maintenance
returns no data.

A query a party/customer using Registry ID or Party Name via Customer UI in Receivables responsibility , the data is returned and the status is active

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Oracle Customers Online Data Librarian Super User > Data Quality Tab > Party Maintenance
