The Oracle Service and Depot Repair Customer Advisory Board (CAB) met at Oracle HQ in Redwood Shores during June 2016. The meeting involved both Oracle and Customer presentations on wide-ranging topics covering the CRM Service suite of products. The purpose of this document is to share some of the Oracle material that was presented at the meeting.
