ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying the patch: 22868153 not able to see any data in UWQ and the form is greyed out.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Be able to see data in UWQ.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. apply patch 22868153.
