Clicking on Apply or Cancel Buttons Of Single Line Update Popup Are Not Returning The Control To Parent Page

Updated Selected Line popup is not closing

Updated Selected Line popup should get closed after clicking Apply or Cancel button

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement > Add item to shopping cart
2. Check out the shopping cart
3. Click on Edit requisition
4. Select a line and edit requisition
5. Change need by date / charge account
6. Click on button "Apply" / "Close", and page is not responding.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot edit the requisitions single line.
