OSP Item Receiving - Performance Issue  

Performance issue while receiving PO's which are created for OSP Items.

When trying to save after running RTP system takes a long time to save.

On average, customer receives 300 to 400 OSP lines per day, which is taking along time ie more than 2 mins per PO line.

When using Immediate mode, there is no performance reported.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Try to create a receipt for OSP item
2. Save the form after entering the form.
3. The system takes long time to save the receipt.
Some cases, it errors with the time-out error.
