Employee is unable to update his address via Self-Service due to an address change pending approval
An employee is unable to update his address via Self-Service due to an address change pending approval from 2013. Cancelling the transaction was attempted but it still shows as pending approval.
How can this be cleared so the user can update their address?
An existing approval request already exists.
