ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Problem Summary
---------------------------------------------------
Not Able to change the TAX Category in the AR Transactions(Localised) Form

Problem Description
---------------------------------------------------
1. created an AR Transaction
2. Applied IL tax category
3. Completed it.
4. Now Incomplete.
5. Added a new line item in the AR Invoice and modified the amount of the existing line.
6. Taxes in AR Transaction are not changing as desired.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

 Expect to be able to change the TAX Category in the AR Transactions(Localised) Form
