Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Accounting for one Intransit Receipt transaction is zero.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
The accounting is non zero amount.

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Do intercompany transfer across OUs
2. Create Accounting.
3. Found the issue.
