Error "You are trying to access a page that is no longer active" when Associating Deliverables to Contract Templates

On : 12.2.4 version,

When creating or updating a deliverable that is associated to a contract template and the update is being made to one or both of the following fields, "Internal Contact" or "Requester", the following error occurs:

This happens when I try to save the "Contract Template" which has an "Internal Contact" or a "Requester" associated to the deliverable.

The same error happens when I try to insert a "Requester" which already has an "Internal Contact" or insert an "Internal Contact" which already has a "Requester".

"You are trying to access a page that is no longer active.
- The referring page may have come from a previous session. Please select Close Window to proceed."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create contract template:
2. Add the document types
3. Apply and add details
4. Navigate to Deliverables tab
5. Enter all info including the internal contact or requester and Apply and receive the error.
