OA Framework Personalizations Defined at the User Level Prevent Access to the "Switch Proxy User" Page, and the Functional Administrator is Unable to Delete the Personalizations (Doc ID 2159728.1)

An error occurs In OAF when Personalizations are defined at the User Level.

Users are unable to access The "Switch Proxy User" page, and the Functional Administrator can not delete the personalizations causing the issue.

The Switch Proxy User page fails with the following error:
