Credit Card Transaction Aging Report
Emails
$0.00 Paid Expense Reports Personal Only Charges

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Credit Card Transaction Aging Report is sending erroneous emails

The Credit Card Transaction Aging Report was submitted with email parameter set to 'Yes' for the first time in a few years. Several people indicated they received emails for 45+ charges that do not show up in iExpense or in the Credit Card Transaction Detail Report.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
No notification should be sent indicating an Unused charge.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Flag Unused credit card transactions as Personal and submit on a report.
2. Submit the Credit Card Transaction Aging Report with email parameter set to 'Yes'
3. Notifications are generated to individuals showing old transactions as "Unused" even though the transactions are flagged as Personal, already included on a completed expense report and do not appear in the actual Credit Card Transaction Aging Report as unused.
