ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Opening existing Tickets in HTML UWQ and Service Desk is very slow

Customer is not able to open the existing SRs in Agent Dashboard after applying the 12.2.5 patches.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Opening existing Tickets in HTML UWQ and Service Desk should not take long
