E-Business Suite 12.1.3 Application Object Library, Basic SysAdmin Auditing issues
After setting the profile "Sign-On:Audit Level" to 'NONE' for a user, the system continues to create records in table FND_LOGINS.
The user account is frequently used for scheduling Concurrent Manager requests.
The audit feature creates a record in table FND_LOGINS for every submitted concurrent program.
