Symptoms

When attempting to preview a contract template, the following error occurs.

Error
Application: OKC, Message Name: TEMPLATE_PREVIEW_ERROR

Steps
1. Using Contract Terms Library Administrator responsibility.
2. Navigate: Contracts > Contact Terms Library > Contract Template
3. Query a contract template.
4. Click on Preview,
5. Receive the indicated error.
