Symptoms
The environment has been upgraded from R11.5.10.2 to R12.2.4.
During application of a post-upgrade patch (for ex: FIN_FP.C.5 patch 19060002), several workers failed to load data into stage tables:
Filename =US_jgjgzxreg_ldt.log
Uploading from the data file /.../appl/jg/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/jgjgzxreg.ldt
Altering database NLS_LANGUAGE environment to AMERICAN
Dumping from LCT/LDT files (/.../appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afdict.lct(120.4.12020000.4), /.../appl/jg/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/jgjgzxreg.ldt) to staging tables
Dumping LCT file /.../appl/fnd/12.0.0/patch/115/import/afdict.lct(120.4.12020000.4) into FND_SEED_STAGE_CONFIG
Dumping LDT file /.../appl/jg/12.0.0/patch/115/import/US/jgjgzxreg.ldt into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Dumped the batch (FND_SEQUENCE JG EMEA-VAT Reporting JG_ZZ_VAT_REP_ENTITIES_S , FND_VIEW JG EMEA-VAT Reporting JG_ZZ_VAT_DOC_SEQUENCES_V ) into FND_SEED_STAGE_ENTITY
Uploading from staging tables
Error loading seed data for FND_COLUMN: APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME = JG, BUILDING_BLOCK_NAME = EMEA-VAT Reporting , TABLE_NAME = JG_ZZ_VAT_TRX_DETAILS, COLUMN_NAME = TRX_LINE_ID, ORA-20001: Found version-ed column name TRX_LINE_ID#1 in
AOL dictionary metadata. There should be logical name instead.
