Query Of Partial Shipment Does Not Work In The Finder Page

Symptoms
When attempting to query the shipment group by inputting a value of the partial shipment id in the shipment id field of the finder page, no results are returned,
The expected behavior is to show the matching ship groups from the search criteria
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Ship Group
2. Add shipment using Action – "Add Partial Shipments to Group" .
3. Navigate to the Ship Group Search Page -- > Shipment Management > Group Management > Shipment Group.
4. Now Click on Shipment Tab. Enter the Shipment ID which was added to the Ship Group. Click Search button.
5. No results will be shown
