Contract Line Has An Incorrect List Price

On : 12.1.3 version, Contracts Billing/Termination

The price list contains one item with a price, However the contract line shows a different list price  .

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

 Provide the details, including the navigation path, on how to consistently reproduce the issue.
  Go to Service Contracts Manager > Contract Administration > Launchpad
  Open the contract
  Go to T >Lines
  Go To T > Pricing/Products
  Select the line and click the Price Calculation button to see if the list price reflects the price from the price list
  Click Reprice

The issue has the following business impact:
List price should match the price in the price list.
