Symptoms

The following error is seen when running the CSVUtil java program on the OTM server:

[oracle@OTM script8]$ java -Xms32m -Xmx256M glog.database.admin.CSVUtil -command iu -dbHost dbsid.host.com -dbPort 1521 -dbService OTMdbserviceName -dbUser glogload -dbPassword glogload -otmUser DBA.ADMIN -dataDir /u01/otm/temp/load/ -dataFileName FILE_NAME.csv
