AR Inquiry only Responsibility does not allow full access to Tax Profile

Tax users who have Inquiry only access to AR should be able to see the full details stored at Tax Profile site level record. At the moment fields are displayed only if clicking the Update icon to get access to the full screen. Some key fields are thus not available e.g. Registration Status
