Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Collections Agent UI
When attempting to schedule a meeting in the Task Tab, the following error occurs.
ERROR ----------------------- Error: Timezone for 448 is either disabled or invalid.
STEPS ----------------------- The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps: 1. Try to create a task and change the timezone. 2. Get the error.
BUSINESS IMPACT ----------------------- The issue has the following business impact: Due to this issue, users cannot change the timezone in the task tab.
