Unable to Update Bill Amount using PA_EVENT_PUB.UPDATE_EVENT after Event is Billed, and Cancelled getting following error
"You can update the event date, organization, description, bill hold, and bill amount for this event because a canceled invoice for it exists."
Following is the Scenario:
Distribution Rule in EVENT/EVENT
Event Bill Amount = 2000
Revenue Amount = 2000
Generated invoice and Revenue based on above and the invoice is interfaced to AR, now cancelled the Invoice from Projects Invoice Review form.
This releases the Event#1 (i.e PA_EVENTS.BILLED_FLAG is now N after cancelling the invoice generated from this Event#1)
Now trying to update the Event Bill amount using PA_EVENT_PUB.UPDATE_EVENT and it is not allowing to update the Event. How ever from the standard form it is allowing to update Bill Amount.
