API EAM_PROCESS_WO_PUB.PROCESS_WO Fails Due to Error While Performing Attribute Validations (Doc ID 2161432.1)

Symptoms

When trying to create work orders using EAM_PROCESS_WO_PUB.PROCESS_WO API, the following error occurs.


ERROR

PROCESS_WO API completed without success (S) The work order xxxxxx received an error status since a severe error occurred in the work order while performing attribute validations.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use EAM_PROCESS_WO_PUB.PROCESS_WO API.
2. API fails to create work orders due to above error.
