Cancel Button Crashes Application From Prospective Supplier Update Address Form (Doc ID 2161543.1)

Symptoms


When verifying the data on a Prospective Supplier Registrations, and choosing 'Update' on the Address Book entry, clicking on the 'Cancel' button, the page immediately crashes.

Error:

You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact the System Administrator for assistance.'

 oracle.apps.fnd.framework.OAException: oracle.jbo.InvalidObjNameException: JBO-25005: Object name 1 for type Variable is invalid
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.prepareException(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1247)
at oracle.apps.fnd.framework.webui.OAPageErrorHandler.processErrors(OAPageErrorHandler.java:1435)

Steps to reproduce
------------------
1. Go to Supply Base > Suppliers
2. Query a supplier
3. Choose the update icon in the address details selection
4. Choose the cancel button in the address details section
5. Error occurs
