Golden Tax Adapter - Credit Memos don't Split in GTA even if they Exceed Threshold Limit (Doc ID 2161565.1)

Symptoms

If a Receivables invoice created via interface to GTA exceeds threshold limit of the Global Tax Adapter (GTA), it will get split and 2 GTA transactions will be created. The same scenario is not working for a credit memo which doesn't get split when it exceed the limit.
