IProcurement Does Not Save The Unit Price Change On A Saved Requisition Created from BPA (Doc ID 2161614.1)

Last updated on APRIL 04, 2025

Applies to:

Oracle iProcurement - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 12.1.3 version, Catalog Shopping

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The unit price changed during checkout is not retained on BPA based requisition line.  The requisition line price reverts to the original unit price from blanket, rather than keeping the updated unit price entered during checkout

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should retain the price change done during checkout.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
-----------------------
1. In procurement search for a Blanket (Non-Global) item and add to cart, checkout, change unit price, account and other information and Save.
2. System gives a requisition number.
3. Try to complete the requisition checkout, see the original unit price from blanket.  The changed unit price is not retained.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
This causes great inconvenience, as some POs are created without updated price, and need to be canceled and again re-entered.
