On : 12.2.4 version, Wave Planning

When querying on a Wave Template the following error is received

FRM-40471: unable to locate record 2 on block restrictions

Steps
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Create Wave
2. Query a wave template
3. Press execute now and get error
