After Patch 21160280 Data Disappears On The Parts Requirement Header And Source Lines (Doc ID 2161631.1)

Last updated on JULY 14, 2020

Applies to:

Oracle Spares Management - Version 12.1.3 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

After applying patch 21160280, data is disappearing on the Parts Requirement header and source lines.

STEPS
1) For a PR with 1 source line with an ISO that is completely backordered, and change the SR status to Completed....the PR code successfully auto-cancels the ISO. However, when viewing the PR, the header is missing data in fields (destination org, destination subinventory, ship-to address) and then the PR line is there but the source line (with the old ISO line) is totally gone (instead of showing the order line with a cancelled status).

2) For a SR that has gone through a cycle (PR created, ISO created/shipped/received, then status changed to Completed)....when the PR is viewed, it also has the missing data.  The PR header is missing data in fields (destination org, destination subinventory, ship-to address) the PR line is there but the source line (with the old ISO line) is gone. The original order information created for that PR needs to be displayed.
