When uploading a custom concurrent program in upgraded instance, FNDLOAD upload command fails with the following Error loading seed data (for DESC_FLEX: APPLICATION_SHORT_NAME = XBOL, DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXFIELD_NAME = $SRS$.<VALUE>):

ORA-20001: Synonym does not point to a seed data table: FND_COMPILED_DESCRIPTIVE_FLEXS



Changes

Upgrade to 12.2.4 and use FNDLOAD to migrate Concurrent Programs.
