Symptoms
On : 12.1.3 version, Journal Entry
When attempting to Reversing the Reporting Currency Journal,
the following error occurs.
ERROR
-----------------------
>> glprch()
access_set_id = <ACCESS SET ID>
...
access_privilege_code = N
...
rev_access_privilege_code = Y
gbl->auto_sec_id_ind = 0
PREV0018: A journal header can only be reversed if you have write access to it.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit AutoReversal Program
2. Get the Error in logfile
